12 WEEK MINDSET TRANSFORMATION

The Mindset Transformation Course is a comprehensive 12-week program designed to empower you with the tools and strategies needed to take full control of your life and your performances. Each week, we'll meet for 1-2 hours, either in person or online, to progressively build your mental and emotional resilience.

Throughout the course, you'll develop key capabilities such as:

  • Breathwork Mastery: Understand the profound impact of breathwork on your mental and physical state, and learn techniques to harness its power.

  • Guided Visualisations with NLP: Experience the transformative power of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) through guided visualisations, helping you rewire your mindset for success.

  • Routine and Autonomous Skills: Explore the importance of establishing routines and habits that support your goals, leading to effortless productivity.

  • Eliminating Limiting Beliefs: Identify and dismantle beliefs that hold you back, replacing them with empowering ones that propel you forward.

  • Self-Image and Confidence: Build a strong, positive self-image and develop unshakeable confidence that radiates in every aspect of your life.

  • Mindfulness Practices: Learn why mindfulness and meditation are crucial for mental clarity, emotional stability, and overall well-being.

  • Confronting Fears: Understand why facing your fears is essential for growth and learn techniques to not only overcome them but instead to desire and be drawn to them.

  • Weekly Homework and Application: Apply what you’ve learned each week through practical assignments designed to integrate these skills into your daily life.

  • Flow State Mastery: Gain a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve and maintain a flow state, where peak performance becomes inherent.
     

In the final session, you'll define your purpose and set specific goals, along with actionable processes to achieve tangible outcomes or improvements in any area of your life.

PERFORMANCE COACHING

Following completion of the Mindset Transformation course, we will have a developed and common understanding of the foundational skills required for high performance under pressure, and these skills will be leveraged extensively in guiding you toward your outcome(s).
A performance score card is used each week to manage the process and these sessions also include more advanced mind and body practices to maximise energy, skills development and entering into flow. Custom visualisations are also created to develop specific skills tailored to your specific needs and objectives.

CORPORATE SESSIONS

Two hour group workshops or presentations intended to provide the audience with actionable skills in the above topics, that will serve to improve their lives in any areas of performance including health, career, business performance, relationships and sport.
