WHAT WE DO...

While your skills development in your chosen activity is always paramount, most of us are aware that when it comes to performing, at least 80% is mental. Even though this is widely acknowledged, we see very little structured training undertaken for the mental side of performance.  After working with fighters for many years, we have established and refined a well proven process for:

  • managing your mental state toward an outcome,

  • retaining an empowered perspective through adversity

  • keeping focussed when under performance pressure,

  • ensuring you are resilient in the event you are derailed and

  • improving self image to improve performance.

  • the theory, skills and understanding to move into a flow state

 

This process has been developed from numerous content sources, around Mental Management, Mindset, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Performance Coaching, Flow, Mindfulness and Personal Development and has been proven with a number of amateur and professional athletes and business executives. Whatever you are trying to achieve, we can provide the tools and support that will ensure your mindset and mental state is performing at a level that enables your skills to shine. Please note we focus only on the mental aspects of your training, and leave the physical skills training to your respective coaches.
